April Decker has been with the Redevelopment Authority since April of 2022 and before that worked in the banking industry for 14 years. April holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Finance and is certified in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as Compensation and Benefits, HR Generalist, Strategic Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Strategic HR Leader and Learning and Development.
