Aaron Snippert is a seasoned leader in urban planning and neighborhood development. He currently serves as the Executive Director of both the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie and the Erie Land Bank. With over 18 years of dedicated experience in the field, Aaron has been instrumental in securing more than $22 million in funding to revitalize neighborhoods across Erie City and Erie County. His work focuses on providing essential resources to residents and advocating for critical funding in areas such as rehabilitation, blight remediation, and affordable housing development.

In addition to his roles with the Redevelopment Authority and the Erie Land Bank, Aaron is the President of the Erie Neighborhood Growth Partnership, where he continues to drive initiatives that foster community growth and development.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Aaron finds fulfillment working on his family's horse farm, which is a cherished part of his life. He also enjoys spending quality time with his two teenagers and proudly supports their achievements and growth.
