Safer Homes, Sounder Community
Since 1955, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie has striven to renew, rebuild, and revitalize the City of Erie, Pennsylvania — from downtown to neighborhoods and neighborhood business districts.
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie is a fully grant-funded quasi-government agency that provides housing rehabilitation and home health hazard remediation to low- and moderate-income residents of the City of Erie, as well as lead remediation for all of Erie County, as a component of community residential revitalization. We also work to mitigate blight throughout Erie neighborhoods.
Committed to Erie, committed to you
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie staff is dedicated to uplifting communities by creating structurally and environmentally sound neighborhoods that are safer to work, live, and play in.
