Safer Homes, Sounder Community
Since 1955, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie has striven to renew, rebuild, and revitalize the City of Erie, Pennsylvania — from downtown to neighborhoods and neighborhood business districts.
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie is a fully grant-funded quasi-government agency that provides housing rehabilitation and home health hazard remediation to low- and moderate-income residents of the City of Erie, as well as lead remediation for all of Erie County, as a component of community residential revitalization. We also work to mitigate blight throughout Erie neighborhoods.
We are proud to share the 2024 Annual Report from the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie. This report highlights the progress, projects, and partnerships that have shaped our efforts over the past year to revitalize neighborhoods, stimulate economic growth, and enhance the quality of life in our community. It reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and impactful development. We invite you to explore the report and learn more about the work we're doing to help build a stronger, more vibrant Erie.
